Trail Cam Tuesday ..... On a Sunday. Kangaroo Cam - 2023 #25 quick montage of trail cam videos featuring Skippy and his mates from late 2023 Making progress, one wild animal at a time .....
I'm loving seeing all the wildlife coming back, I was concerned that all my noise and "tidy up" might have scared them away (less hiding spots) but they don't seem to mind at all.
ONLY IN YOUR BACK YARD CHRIS... THAT'S SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! NICE FOOTAGE OF THE MOB AND BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, LIL JOEY... HERE'S HOPIN' ALL THE WINDOWS ARE FIXED. STAY COOL, MATE. PEACE...
hey Gringo, yep its great to see eh and always nice to catch a joey along for a family hop. did you like the window smash it made me chuckle when I was editing it, I had to do 2 takes, one normal and a window smash in case I couldn't edit the video properly, but it turned out alright.
hey Al, yep it cool to see. They bulk up in mating season eh, I had one on video years ago, he was rippling with muscles across his chest and arms. He meant business. One of the bigger kangas had a neighbours dog in its arms and they were fighting in the dam next to mine, their other dog was barking so crazy it alerted the neighbor and he was able to break them apart, likely his dog would have been drowned if he hadn't got there when he did.
@@TheRuralProject . I see some smaller ones around here when I'm walking through the bush with the occasional wallaby as well. I came across a BIG one while riding a few years back and I decided that he deserved a bit of space as he was big and ripped.
hey Joey, yeh we do. I don't hunt kangaroos, you get in trouble for that but they sell it in the shops, its a very lean meat, as you'd imagine there's no fat on these hoppers.
