A very simple job at the shop using our Rotator to lift a Trashed Trailer over our fence, because we couldn't get to it from inside the fence. It had been sitting there for over 2 years before someone finally claimed it. Thankfully, we hadn't scrapped it already. Mike and I use this simple job as an opportunity to teach the newbies (new hires, employees). Miller Industries, Century 1150R rotator towing and recovery unit on a Peterbilt 389X.

I like the fact the new employee was asking questions about the free spool on the rotator. To me that means he is interested in learning, and his mind is on his job. Good video, big or small jobs all have to be done. God Bless you Ron, and enjoy that grandson.

What you need for your Audio is a radio device that hooks to the frequency your headsets are on, make sure it has an audio output jack and a cable that sends that to a Digital Audio Recorder. Then take the Audio file from the Digital recorder to your timeline.

What are Chigars? Are they like sand fleas, sand mites….that little Red trailer would make a killer travel trailer, for one person…..murfey bed in back folding down over lounge, kitchen on one side and I think a small shower room pop out on the tongue area cause that’s just a wasted space. Since this was partly a training exercise, I would have set a tag line on the trailer nose. Partly as a general precaution anyway, and partly to give the trainees a basic lesson on using tag lines while in a simple, safe, well-controlled situation.

A remedy for itching bites that often works is to flick them hard with your finger. The sudden impact does something to the nerves that stops the itching often completely. But don’t scratch after doing this or it will itch again. You can also buy a small clicker that does a similar thing or zaps the spot with a small charge from a piezoelectric crystal. This method even works on those with allergies providing they do it before any reactions start to occur.

Got to love how you write "Yes, all 3 of them should be wearing their hard hats". When I got my health and safety card (I'm in Canada), I still remember our instructor telling us multiple times, "this is what we are supposed to do, but we don't bother with that", or "this is how we are supposed to do this, but this is how we do it".
