I have similar settings but I'm pretty happy with the new natural color profile as opposed to flat. I like that look and do not do much colorgrading anymore. The 10-bit is only available in certain modes and as I do not grade that much anymore I have not yet tried it that much. For the average user you can not see if it is 8 or 10 bit but maybe if you start to grade then you see the benefit.

I only have one planned run so far for next year and that is GotRun 100 miles. Small grass root ultra on Gotland, the large island in the Baltic Sea. I like to do UTMB, or maybe TDS. Maybe I return to Val d'Aran. Let's see. For music I use www.epidemicsound.com, Swedish company of course :-) Finding music and matching it to the film is actually quite a bit of work. That might be what takes the longest time in my editing workflow. What are your plans for next year?

Hi. Sorry for late answer. Here are my settings for Protune: Bit Rate: High 10-Bit: On if possible Shutter: Auto EV Comp: -0.5 White Balance: Auto (or Specific Temp based on Scene) ISO Min: 100 ISO Max: 1600 Sharpness: Low Color: Natural Often using horizon lock and 4:3 at 5k Hope this helps
