4:10 At least Kloe is actually a useful green unit unlike every other green unit, cause she actually heals you if you get low on HP or status problem (granted, that probs only matters on Normal difficulty). Her Tear as a green unit also heals more than her standard and... honestly, Kloe's probs just the most OP member period (as opposed to just "right now") in FC cause of Sieg's debuff LOL. I get why they nerfed Sieg's debuff later but it's really hard to go wrong with Kloe; only real downside is her having 3 MANDATORY Water slots (2 would be fine for healers, 3 is a bit silly IMO).

This video was great I hope to see more of Kiseki in a nutshell like the Crossbell games or Cold Steel.

The Cloe bits are spot-on. My one complaint was that she did do stuff before officially joining the party. I swear the first time she healed my party as an escortee NPC I jumped with joy. Tl:dr Chloe is the best non-permanent party member in the first game. Certain stuff *coughchapter8cough* makes her less desirable partway through the 2nd game, but she was always my go-to white mage.
