Miss Bikini Olympia 2016, Courtney came to the realisation she would be unable to defend her title without sacrificing her health. Moving away from the competitive world, Courtney has found herself falling in love with training all over again.

So happy to finally see Gymshark branching out from their typical girl: aka a tiny little blonde chick. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE Whitney, Nikki, Robin, etc, but for a company that promotes 'being a visionary,' they seem to be stuck on that particular image.

This video reminds me: NEVER sacrifice your form! If you go up in weight, but don’t train the right way, you’ll end up not getting the results you want to see in that muscle group. Just in case there are any newbies out here watching these videos. You wanna keep the rest of your body pretty stable to focus only on the muscle group you’re targeting. Her form could’ve been better.

she had tummy/gut issues, so it was in her best interests to not compete this year. i don't believe she has said that she would stop competing i think? just while she recovers!

Olly P looks? Do you even know how much Courtney has accomplished? Personally, I become more of a fan of gymshark when they brought Courtney on the team because I know what kind of athlete she is. She doesn’t post mirror booty pics all over IG and talk about material items. She actually posts fitness related content like workout videos and healthy recipes. And yes, she trains for life. And now she trains for her health as well. Check her out.

She was Ms.Bikini olympia in 2016 and she looked super amazing then. I think she got some gut and health issues since then and hasnt been able to train like she used to. But thats not to take away from everything she's accomplished over the years. Shes a great definition of what it means to be an athlete. Thats why she has a Train for Life video.

There's good pain/discomfort and awful pain. You tend to get addicted to the discomfort in workouts but actual pain SUCKS. I sneezed while over head pressing and displaced my rib. That is not pain I will train through as it needs to heal. But feeling that barbell dig into your back when you squat heavy? That's heaven right there

This is just so ridiculous.. Do you have to make video nowdays of people just living normal life and excersising normally? Everyone has own problems and not everyone make it trough on fitness industry or became Nhl or Nfl athelete. Why you have to make such a huge thing about exercising your fitness like 3x a Weed and not having a ”GOALS” in your life.. So pahtetic. Thank god in Finland we still have common sense and we are enjoying our humble life, and not stressing About these kind of nonsense.
