she is really great.u can see she has been doing this for so many years. i was doing crossfit and rope jumping was also a part of training. i was doing pretty much the same jumps as Adri and i can tell u it is not as easy as it looks like. really admire these girls.they are working hard to get the body every girl wants :) beauty is nothing without strenght!
