Train Like An Angel: Runway Arms 

People say models like this are setting a bad image to teens, I think models like this motivate me to get fit and more active instead of laying in bed on my laptop all day, I must say I am so do damn jealous of her body but it only makes me more keen to get on a healthier diet and maintain a strong healthy body. I know when skinny is too skinny and i know my limits, but just because there is one teen anorexic from wanting to look like a model doesn't make us all like that.

She doesn't have not even a single flaw🤔 those legs are truly to die for .. wish I had long legs :'(

I love doing these workouts, the lengthen and streth without bulk.

My arms look like twigs because i'm naturally skinny. Them posting work out videos is pretty inspirational to everyone, boy, girl, skinny, fat, tall, short, whatever. They're extremely healthy and that's the image or message they're sending.

vast majority of ppl neglect to train their abs enough. no matter how cut you are everywhere else, a gut will make u look fat. i always emphasize doing core and ab work first for ppl trying to get lean my rec is 3.9% body fat at 20. i've gotten lazy, but hey, it isn't a career :p

Guys common, you don't need their bodies. Yes, they are gorgeous but what you really NEED to focus on is being healthy and that doesn't always mean looking like these women. They work like dogs so they can look good for their job; they're admirable but for most women, it's unrealistic. Love yourselves!

This is a much better idea than the heroin chich, or having an eating disorder and being twig thin at an unhealthy weight!

I dont even think her arms are that skinny, just wide-set. If you look at the rest of her, she doesn't look "too skinny", it's just there. I think they're probably just wide.

I agree it's very sad how a lot of models are way too skinny, and I would love to see curvier girls in just regular fashion shows instead of deadly skinny girls. At the same time VS models are probably the most well known by girls and they're a great influence.
