When I first learned that Dungey turned down Aldon I had to pause it. WHAT THE HECK DUNGEY! I could've had 4 years of bliss watching him win!

Well for one, that is a possibility "if" it happened. But no one is really giving credit to KTM for the '15 bike that they built.

Lately: Tomac ripped it but is out. Roczen has struggled with injuries (pain killers have helped a lot no doubt). Ryan has remained constant and is doing the job. Tough sport. Injuries at the top: Cairoli, Desalle, Tomac, Nagl, Canard, Roczen, Herlings...

Say whatever you want about ET3, if he doesn't have the rear tire skip out on him twice going into that rutted downhill section at Lakewood, Dungy and Roczen would be battling for second the entire outdoor season! BTW, Barcia might be second in points by the end of the year. I mean no dis-respect to Ryan or Kenny but Eli had the field covered PERIOD. Good luck to all the riders for the rest of the year and hopefully no more major injuries and a speedy recovery for Eli Tomac.

"if" If Ryan had been with Aldon since 2011 he might have dominated since then. If Roczen never left KTM he'd be on this new bike that has been working so well for Dungey. If Barcia's career hadn't been stricken with injuries we'd see him fight villo and Dungey for championships. If Stewart didn't crash so much he'd be known as the fastest guy ever. I'm not saying you don't have a point nor am I saying Eli wasn't dominating, he was and it was amazing. But racing doesn't run on "if"s, all that matters is what happened. Eli won, Eli pushed hard, Eli crashed. Period.

I think it's good what roczen does, he may not have always the best results but he is when he is racing not insanely bad, so on long terms he will be having fun at what he is doing and that's what you got to have, I mean what's better than having fun at your job? At the end of roczens career he possibly won't have the most championships, but he had fun at what he was doing, that what's all about. I dont think he won't ever have money problems, cause he is so fame that he earns enough money even though he would not be racing.

I've never ridden before yet I have 2 project bikes last saturday I bought a klr 250 and I worked on it today and I found the timing is off but I dont know how to fix it so I'm asking a small engine mechanic if he can help I hope he can the second ones a beat up 1971 sl175 honda that I bought from the same mechanic but I have to rebuild the engine

The problem with racing from day 1 is that they don't talk about the engines and the vehicles. Racing has always been about the engines, from the first time a motorcycle was invented, it was the engine that made it go fast. For anyone smart, there is a HUGE niche that nobody has taken advantage of. Entire volumes of video could be made showcasing engine designs, putting the video in front of the mechanic, and interviewing the engineers. There is infinite complexity in the engine design, and it could be a central focus. The younger generation doesn't even know how an engine works, because racing shows never explain it! There needs to be video footage of the engine internals, the piston, the crank, the inside of the carburetor, everything.

That's the reason I didnt go back for a second football season because the coaches believed that it wasn't fun doing if we didnt win *for your information we always lost so bad we only got our first season point in the last 5 minutes of our last game* but all the players had fun but kept kicking people off the team and yelled to much so yeah

Listening to Aldon talk sounds like he only cared about championships and of course $ because he gets paid but look at RV and Ryan they retired early but damn how much was Aldon charging these guys? Not everyone that has won a championship had Aldon lmao look at what Eli was doing to the competition that year!

I understand Hart's viewpoint on Ken leaving Baker to have a more normal life...but Baker's point totally outweighs it. Look at RV. He's already retired, a bunch of championships and rich as hell. Kenny is going to have to race a lot longer without Baker in his corner.

Great advice Karen Heart. That's what happens when all that ink reaches the brain. He treated Roczen like a stressed out little girl and ruined him. Ryan went to WORK with Aldin and was treated like a man. Guess what. Dungey one the championship!!!!

Man these personal trainers are the cocky ones, saying they know more about what it takes to being professional world class athletes then the actual world class athletes. I know that they need to be tough with these dudes but their job is to introduce solutions, not giving problems, having a pissy attitude and ignoring the needs of the riders.

I know Aldon Baker has good intentions, but he is so full of himself, and he DOESN’T ride and often speaks like he is all knowing. I personally think his riders do EPO, as he is a cycling trainer, but that’s my opinion.
