I recently completed my first marathon. I never liked doing cardio. I hate being out of breath. A decade ago, I couldn't even finish a mile.
The process of training for a marathon changed my priorities and the relationship between life and work. Being healthy allows me to be a better business owner. Energy, motivation, confidence, self-steem, focus and creativity all have increased since I started running.
This talks about the 16 week training schedule I followed. Having an accountability partner, and how I survived the long Pennsylvania winter with running.
