FULL SESSION:
3x5 weighted dips
+75kg/165lbs
(185kg/407lb total weight)
3x3 OHP @ 75kg/165lbs
3x5 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure

For progressive overload do you increase a rep every week for each exercise till you hit your max rep and you increase the weight and go back to min rep?

@@JamesNotTaken something like that, i try and go for an AMRAP on my final set of dips and if I can hit 7-8 reps comfortably I bump up the weight
