Vrezh is my friend I know him as no one do, trust me he is unbelievably strong and smart sportsman ! Go Vrezh ! and thanks to Mr. Larratt for sharing this video, god bless.
Davit Mnatsakanyan you are totally right he is very strong chap number one in the world for sure in his weight category if not couple of categories up and down too
@@bjornwolthers9636 Says he the 75kg Champ in the description, but maybe out of competition he ways a little bit more. Even still, Devon said it best in the description, "This dude is amazing"
Oh yes yes. Devon is natural, Hafthor, Clarence and Jujimufu too. Jesus guys... You could take a fucking ton of steroids at once and you wouldn't be good at it and as strong. Because you're lazy. This guy is fucking good if he makes Devon scream.
I remember Vrezh doing some mind blowing exercises when we used to work out at the same gym in late 2000th... for us teenagers he was a living legend and I'm so excited to see that he pretty much on par with such a legend as Devon
for such a small framed guy, he is so freaking strong, i know it's not a serious pull between them, but seeing the effort needed by Devon is so impressive even to hold him!!!
Keep coming back to this vid. What a great sparring session. I'm pretty sure both increase their strength a lot after this. I wish Devon had a neighbor like Sedrakyan to train like this on a regular basis just like those monsters in Europe do (Levan / Genadi, Laletin / Silaev, Oleg / Pushkar (in the past...), etc.).
@lilili lululu dude he got pinned like 3 times 😂 not that it really matters, it's only practice afterall. But you guys don't see a pin when it's right in front of you lmao
In this practice, he pinned Devon like 5 times, just they don't stop but keep going on, so of course that guy would get tired no matter what. So fking strong he was.
@@jonc3214 He looks about 5"6'-5"7'. He has abnormally long arms and big hands for his height. He is more or less unbeatable within his weight class. I'm curious how old he is too.
Devon I love watching all your new videos but I really like watching all your older videos as well on training and being in a match because you explain everything that anybody can learn also your an amazing PERSON to look up to in arm wrestling and In life in general so thank you my friend
@darmadi chandra you are right, but the guy with 75 kg always opened his arm . ALWAYS and dont say that Devon is not even trying, because he is shaking 0/24 when he attacked and defended. I love devon, and i know how usually he trains(not like this) but now he had to take really seriously this guy..
maccajoe he’s not nearly as heavy as he was, in his haydays he used to get to 280 pounds as far as i know, he weighted against hutchings like 262 ? 265 if my memory serves me right, he still has some considerable amount of muscle to put on to get back into that shape , i don’t know if he wants that though , he’s been peaking at 260 for about a year , last year he came into the jerry match about the same weight 262 to 265 , so maybe that’s where he wants to be at , he’s not getting younger so the crazy bulking days can’t be any easier , but it’s sad we’ll never get that 2008 monster devon back , but he has clearly evolved and moved on from that , as any arm wrestler should Ps but even in his prime he wasn’t ALWAYS that big , he certainly was at times at 240/250/260 pounds , so as i said , he’s changed and evolved , he’s a different type of arm wrestler , but he’s certainly not as strong as he was once ,
@@arontoth6158 it's not that he's not trying, it's that he's purposely putting himself in compromised positions. Whenever he commits the shoulder, it's over for the other guy.
True if Devon wanted to beat him, he would have simply committed his shoulder and that would be it completely for him, but instead, he kept on giving him adequate time to recover in his best groove and keep taking a shot at him.
@@arontoth6158 the truth is,Devon is actually struggling a lot here...I saw a video on the right hand and Devon even gave his hand and still managed to stay strong and win if he wants, but here ...well he really got open and this 80 kg guy tested him to the limits.I'm kinda confused on what's happening with Larratt these days...maybe he's really getting weaker.I'll still support him tho.
I tore my biceps and forearm muscle just by watching that :D How much microtears does Devon suffered throughout the years to have these strong tendons and joints and bones its crazy stuff. I could feel the raw power
Those who follow world and European armwrestling champonships know how incredilbe Sedrakyan is in the defensive hook. I haven't really seen anyone who could hit back from the worst angle possible and open up the opponent with the same efficiency and unpredictaility
Exactly, they are just looking at the pin and the size of the man. Devon let him get in his groove with his shoulder committed and he was working on his defensive toproll. If they would have done a ready go, Devon would just deny his access to put that shoulder in. Wouldn't have been close, but what's the fun in that? Devon trains in the worst positions so that he is better everywhere not just a couple of angles.
Dang Devon you are a beast man. Awesome job on the bottom 8 man I can't wait to see more stuff from you I really enjoy watching you arm wrestle and I am so glad I found your channel from jujji's channel. Take care brother...
Stfu you bitch thats only a practice devon is not unleashing his full power in that practice if thats a wal main event match devon will easily beat that guy and the other arm wrestlers they are a bit young compared to devon i bet you didnt seen devon in his prime crushing everyone
@@theobvu yeah okay. he can spar without making it look like hes against one of the best heavyweights. if he looks like this against 75kg pullers something about your idol is off
Incredible that he can pull through devon's crazy stopping and holding power and on top of that stop him from rotating into a press. He pull's a lot like Hutchings with such an unrelenting drive when you think he's down for the count. Remarkable pulling from both gentlemen and big props to Vrezh giving Devon that workout!
The mind power over the power of the muscle. The psychological advantage Devon takes by every opponent is amazing. Somehow he can always come into the opponents head, subtile and calculated as a killer, never gives up.
That’s one of the many things I admire about Dev. When Sedrakyan made a big hit, Dev smiled and acknowledged it. Great guy. Dev is still the #1 arm wrestler of all time for a lot of reasons folks, and here is an example.
Ur Looking stronger! My opinion is I think it would help u to focus on building the opposing muscles to armwresling movements, as in triceps, and hand extensor muscles. It would help bring support to joints, and u can only be as strong as ur weakest link, Google alpha grips. If u strengthen opposing muscles, then when ur pulling with ur bicep, u are pushing with ur triceps, and when ur gripping, u can flex ur extensor muscles, u can really lock ur arm out this way. Just like in physics "everything has an equal and opposite reaction" . I think u could reach a new level of strength and joint health by giving it a try👍
@ben gib of course not, I just would love to see him beat Denis, and I'm sure he already knows all there is to know, but still if i were him i would always certainly welcome input from anyone, that's how u learn new things
@maccajoe offering advice as a reminder is not stating I know more than him, obviously he is world class and knows leagues more about the sport and strength than I do, still nobody is perfect and everyone learns new things from others. Devon is awesome, hes a beast, and I hate to see him lose, but to beat someone like denis hes gonna need to be strong in every way, starting with the joints, and obviously he already knows all this, kinda meant just as a reminder
obviously this is practice devon usually doesn't fight for hand control at practice, and probably has pulled for hours before this but this dude is crazy strong
@@ericliu8434 Yea, I doubt any of the guys you mentioned could stop this guys hit. Im not in the camp of, oh Devon is weak now, as many are after the Dennis loss. But I do think this guy made Devon put in work, he was NOT pretending.
that is because both of them know what they are doing. notice that every time that Armenia champ attack, Devon open his bisep and keep his hand power. when Devon get into better position, he stand up a bit, hence reducing the tension on humerus bone.
Devon is deliberately putting himself in disadvantageous positions in order to train a greater range of motion. Thoroughly impressed by the other guy making Devon work hard like that.
Devon, you have to keep training the triceps. It's clearly an area of weakness. Watch the Toddzilla match in HD / slow motion and analyze the muscle activation between the two of you.
@@sergeimalynovskyi4940 I don't know, Devon should be stronger, his experience and power he showed on trainings are enormous. But who knows, size doesn't matter at all.
Devon you need to build up other groups of muscles, like trapezoidal, pectoral, back muscles even leg muscles, although they are not being used as much as arm-wrestling "specific" muscles, they still exhibit stress during the match and get tired, and when they do they secrete mediators that "tell" you body to power down, this is system-wide non-specific response.
Devon is prob a bit stronger, since he didnt pull his ordinary style. He also tried to defend the 75kg champ with mostly kings move. I think that Sedrakyan is definitely stronger pound for pound.
No fking way he's stronger. Devon allows his opponent the best angle for his attack and always put himself into a bad position during practice, remember that!
