Mine has a flap of wrinkle skin removed near his eyes because it was pressing on his eyes and causing damage, now removed it’s perfect for him and he’s happy - first diagnose what are the issues. Don’t guess. The vets will tell you if he has a small pallet, narrow airways ect. He he/she is struggling to breath then definitely get this surgery. Hold your nose a little and try breath a little it’s horrible experience…. Definitely needs to be done , but like I said get them checked for what issues are present :). End of the line animals should not suffer help them x

As long as you need to, mine has been trained to go for one walk in the morning to do his pee and poo and then he’s let out once before bed in the garden to do his wee before bed, and he’s perfectly happy, wolves and dogs have showen also eating only one meal per day is actually more beneficial so that’s a bonus for time, leave your dog for as long as you need just make sure thier happy, fed and have adequate time outside
