Thank you, I appreciate hearing that! I love ALTTPR a lot and think a lot of people would enjoy it, but it has a pretty big barrier to entry. My goal is to smooth the process of learning as much as I can.
I clicked because I was curious. I stayed because your "tutorial voice" is just so soothing to listen to, inspiring confidence in your ability to teach and my ability to learn. It's like a more empathetic Ron Swanson. The voice I'd want to learn how to shingle a roof from.
I have to download the game file and spoiler log into my phone, then transfer it. The spoiler logs are practically unreadable and say stupid shit like progressive armor instead of blue mail. I need the titans mitts but now....I have to give up this run or waste a day or two searching. Lame!
I'm sure by now - a year later - you've either quit or figured out what certain terms mean in the Spoiler Log Progressive Armor = Blue/Red Mail (depending on what Mail you currently have) Progressive Sword = Fighter's/Master/Tempered/Golden Sword (depending on what Sword you currently have, if any) Progressive Gloves/Strength (I don't remember specifically) = Power Glove/Titan's Mitt (depending on if you'd looted a Glove and which one) The term means if you find x Progressive Item, it'll give you the items sequentially. If Progressive Swords are in Link's House and Zelda's Cell, one will give Fighter's Sword and one will give Master Sword depending on which order you open the two.
