No, I’m pretty sure if you give it another look they’d just started building it.

Because more public money goes into London instead of the rest of the UK so pretty much everyone up north gets all the rubbish stuff like Carlisle Newcastle etc you can pretty much see it in our train how London gets all the new stuff and up north get all the old rubbish stuff no one wants
