Trains Passing A Stack Train While Waiting For A Fuel Truck 

"Red Zone" Brakes are set, Reverser is centered, Generator Field Switch is isolated from traction motors to load. Once the engineer has reported to the conductor, he's completed this task, the ground forces are able to move as they need to complete their task without the risk of movement in the train. When their finished, the conductor reports back to the engineer he's cleared the "Red Zone", giving the control of the train back to him.
