What crappy design this thing is/ was. Plan on a day to replace a blower motor. Engineers should be made to work ( in the field ) on all equipment that design under all weather conditions. They say you can’t fix stupid, but let’s let stupid fix the problem. Thanks Theodore and happy new year.👍👍🇨🇦

Good lubricant I use Hill corp same out come very rarely do I use a puller. I deal with heavy corrosion where I’m located

Should try some spray adhesive for the insulation in the duct. I learned from the blues bros movie, when it was used on the gas pedal of the Winnebago. 😅

I love the what you did with that blower wheel. Like you said, it looks like a new one. It saddens me, though, seeing equipment in such a poor state. Would it not have been possible to fix that insulation material out of the way of the airflow if you can't cut it?
