At last the rain and snow stopped for a day so we can get the Transalp 650 out of the garage and get her started , first time in a couple of months.
She has been on a Optimate battery charger to keep the battery topped up.
As usual it took a few attempts but the reliable Transalp 650 fired up and after a few minutes sat idling nicely.
The Transalp 650 has now 69,000 miles on her and will be getting a full service now ready for the new season.
My motorbike was one of the last Transalp 650's to roll off the production line (registered 2007) before the 700's were produced.
I have had this motorbike since 2008 and I have put 66000 miles on her.
