Hey, it could be that you don't initiate to show it in the interactions? the repeaters if untriggered would appear empty. Try checking the Onpageloaded interaction and calling the repeater to populate with data from dataset

Hmmm, not sure my friend. I can't think of a way to transfer image in the variable as it only can be text value. In theory you could create two identical repeaters in two pages with same images etc. And then based on global variable value select the specific row with the image.
Hi! Thanks for the video! I wonder whether it's possible to have different actions available for different rows of a repeater? Use case: I have list of users, some of them are admins, some of them not. And for admins I want to have a 'Dismiss' button, and for the users I want to have 'Promote' button. Moreover, I want to execute different actions based on the button I click. Thanks in advance.

@@vaexperience Thanks! Found the video, it's EP76. It does exactly what I need! For my case, there was no need in having additional column Selected and updating rows, I just check on the repeater load the value and apply an action.
Hey there. I am designing an app for Oxford Debates tournaments. The main idea is to create a tournament scheme in the app and then score the participants. Creation panel has many options to choose, like number of rounds, number of groups in each round and number of teams in each group. Some widgets are visible by default, some are hidden and may be added. The panel is fully editable. So how may I set the Axure functionalities to let the user save created scheme and do not lose it once he exits the panel? Moreover, I am wondering how to make saved scheme pass to the preview window which is located in another page? Vaexperience, do you have any hints? Shall I play with repeaters?
You can use repeaters. But what you really need is global variables: to store the info and then read it on a new page or reload - I have a couple of videos on global variables in the playlist (login, repeaters across pages etc.)
Hey man, thanks for your great explanation. i would like to ask you how is it possible to transfer multiple values in repeater such as cart values (different item name, prices, details and etc.) that needs to be appears in specific detail page (ex. checkout page) ? currently i'm developing a website design for my organization. No worries. You would want to set up a global variable for each of the information bits you want transfered across the pages. If lets say you want transfered 20 text blocks then 20 variables. And each would need to be fed from repeater, then into another repeater on the next page. depends how much information you need transfered as repeaters could be optional. But what you need to pass data from page to page is definitely to use variables - check the playlist as there are a few more videos on this
@@vaexperience For me it's not working. It actually adds more rows to the repeater on the next page BUT each row is filled up with the same dataset. For example - on your prototype in this video - if you would click and promote Peter Johnsons, next click on yourself, then go to the next page you see 2 people list but both are you :P Idk how to solve this
@@granitka14 I have exactly the same issue. I can see that you can add more than one row at a time, but it fills every row with the most bottom selection. I get that one needs global variables for each item in a row, but how exactly do you go about defining each repeater row? I have been digging the internet for 5 hours now... really stumped.
