I created the remote assistance tool with my team during lockdown for my mom and other family members... my mom is not tech-savvy - at all - but she was able to use this and I was able to use it to show her how to find things around our house when we were away, how to use our thermostat. We also used it for me to help her change her filter in her furnace without me having to drive a half hour for a 2-minute job. Last but not least - how to use her remote control!!!
This is a very simple tool with a lot of passion behind it for making it connect fast, work fast, be able to send just a link - and have privacy top of mind.
It will always be free for personal use... there is a business model - but it is available to all for free if not for business!

Pick an option: offer help, request help, or voice only.
Create a link and send it to the person you want to talk to.
Wait for the person to join the link and start the video or audio call.
