it's not made with stop motion. it's all CG made in CG Studio Max. i know the guy who did this. or at least the Randal Ng part of NGSMOOV. Randal did the CG and Dr. Smoov did the voices, he's a regular Mel Blanc according to Randal. i don't know Dr.Smoov though. Randal also worked on Halo 4.
