One of absolute best farewells to a beloved character and an amazing series.
Predacons rising, The Transformers Prime finale here will be 10 years old later this year and man I also love Transformers Prime so much and I am looking forward to Unicron making his first proper Live action debut in Rise of the Beasts that isn't just his horns sticking out of the earth plus he wasn't even a proper character (in The Last Knight) like he was in Transformers Prime here
40:40 Shockwave is literally the most heartless and emotionless Decepticon alive (only beaten by Soundwave), and has no face at all to express any emotions of any kind, *yet you can tell from his tiny body movements and the way he slowly inches back that for the first time in hundreds of years, Shockwave is actually terrified of what he's witnessing Unicron doing.* Love how much detail the animation team put into this show.
This was the only time I've ever felt optimus's death means something and was done for a true purpose. It's such an impactful moment. There is a sequel to this show but fans hated it for undoing a lot of the story elements from this show
Megatron basically realized for the first time, what it's like to be controlled and enslaved by another being, and how terrible it is to actually make others go through it. It left a bitter taste in his mouth and crushed his desire for control
Well, not for the first time, remember he was born a slave. Well, I say remember, but I don’t know if you read Transformers: Exodus. That book is canon to this show.
I adore the fact that Optimus finally got to see his brother Megatronus be redeemed right before he died. Such poetic justice. Speaking of poetic justice, I don’t care what RID 2015 says, this movie is where Starscream dies. It’s pretty much the perfect sendoff for him. Right as he’s about to get everything he ever wanted, with Megatron essentially handing the Decepticons to him on a silver platter, in walks Predaking, “To settle scores.” Beautiful irony. “And we tied up all the loose ends!” **Airachnid still chilling somewhere on one of Cybertron’s moons as a vampire zombie, eating her Insecticons to survive:**
Actually, she and the Insecticons are dead. When Unicron's Anti-Spark was sealed within that containment relic of the Primes, all things infused with Dark Energon was either destroyed or permanently shut down. So, her, the insecticons and Skyquake (along with his right arm) are now died for good.
@@Gojirawars03 Unicron brought Megatron back to life cause Unicron's Anti-Spark needed a body to possess in order to destroy Primus. When Unicron was captured in that relic of the Primes, Megatron was freed and got his (new) body back, but now he must live eternitinly bound to Unicron's Anti-Spark never to join the Allspark with his fallen brothers and sisters.
Transformers Prime is one of the best cartoons ever written, and this movie wraps up the story of the Autobots and Cybertron perfectly. I love this series, and I loved your reactions Sean, I'm glad you enjoyed this series as much as I did, it deserves all the praise it gets, it truly is a masterpiece of it's time.
My favorite thing in this movie was when the predacons teamed up with the autobots and in the series it’s definitely gonna be when Optimus was back in the start of season 3 next up
And also, Sean Omumia; In the sequel series, “Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015),” Optimus returns to life, Starscream survived his encounter with the Predacons, and Soundwave escaped the Shadowzone.
I really enjoy this film, though given the lack of Living Predacons(only 3 in total not counting the one still in the tube) I think a more accurate title would have been "Unicron's Rising". A little detail I noticed about this was that it's kind of a culmination of all three seasons' plot threads, season 1 with Unicron and Dark Energon, season 2 with relic finding in this case the All Spark, and season 3 with Predacons. I don't know if it was intended or not but I like it And an amazing way to conclude the series

After that, you should watch Transformers: Cybertron; it’s the unofficial sequel to the show. (We don’t speak of the *_actual sequel,_* Transformers: Energon.)
Awesome time and experience watching this again with ya, now if you want to find out what happens next with Cybertron and what happens to its people, you’ll have to watch Robots in Disguise. It might not be as good as Prime to most, but the secrets uncovered are well worth it in my opinion

I’m glad I grew up in the transformers prime era, I remember when it came out on the hub. Along with R.L Stine goosebumps and Dan vs, this show had a great storyline and explained more about how the war started between the Autobots and Decepticons. This show is top 3 transformers show of all time.
I definitely recommend Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous for your next watch. Very similar animation style, and much like TF Prime it was way way better than I was expecting it to be.

P.s For this I love Megatron, it seems to me that here he is the most charismatic of his verstvts, huge, strong, savvy, and most importantly, their role-playing games with Optimus are shown very cool. Especially his desire to fight with him 1 on 1 + his change in the film .
There are supposed to be 3 movies of TFP to continue the story. As a TFP fans are doing it. It will take place after this movie they have a RU-vid channel called Prime Animation if you want more details
Honestly,. I was mad about how this ended. Not Prime, this was the perfect send off for him, but they had all the plot hooks in season two for a Starscream redemption arc, then because they did not have the money to create a fourth season they turned him into a sycophant in season 3 and then made it look like the predacons murdered him at the end.
OH YEAH, THIS WAS FAST. Now you know how FANTASTIC of a series Prime is, but please continue reacting to Animated. It gets really good starting with episode 11, when Lugnut (my favorite Transformers character) arrives.

Starscream actually survives, he's in RID 2015 :) and he's my fav character so i was very relieved 😅 but too bad that series isn't as good as prime but i recommend watching a few episodes any ways to see of you like it
So the Tenth anniversary of Predacons rising here and the end of Transformers Prime is coming up later this year and i gotta say this show is on the same level as G1 imo, Also Transformers especially Transformers Prime and the live action films they are my childhood I've grown up watching them and i love them so much I'm also extremely sad that Transformers Prime couldn't continue but I'm Happy that we will keep hearing Peter Cullen and Frank Welker as Optimus Prime and Megatron for as long as possible and it will be extremely sad when either of them eventually pass away hopefully that won't happen anytime soon
If you want another cool transformers series to watch (after animated maybe) I’d recommend Beast Wars there are full 1080p and 4K upscales of the full series on RU-vid for free. It’s a pretty good series though the animation is pretty dated
The only loose ends left were Airachnid and the zombie Insecticons on Cybertron's moon, which was left on the cutting room floor and Shockwave's fate being unclear/lackluster. The sequel series to this is pretty disappointing and kind of spits in the face of these characters and their fates, so that is why I suggest you move on to Armada, or continue Animated
I love the Bayverse films and especially this series because these are the Transformers I grew up with, same thing with a lot of other hardcore transformers fans. However, I CANNOT STAND Transformers Robots In Disguise, I absolutely HATE that series, and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND, that you don't watch it due to how insanely bad it is But in the end, I can't show how much love and appreciation I have for this franchise, all I can really do is thank Hasbro for giving us Transformers fans such a masterpiece, and I have to give thanks to my parents to introducing me to the franchise, who grew up with the og 1984 cartoon, the legend that started it all
Do not watch Robots in Disguise. Its a horrible watered down kitty show and it’s disgraceful to count it as a continuation of Prime. Watch G1 instead. Now thats a classic.
