I like the models from ROTF more, same goes for the mechanics, but for the rest i think the 1st game was lowkey the best

The problem with thus game was hub world open world with was disappointed aspect of this game open world was lot better first game aspect benefit fun for me player both version

@@ironboywonder2766 I haven't played these in years and only just ordered the first one again, but didn't that one play in just one city? I get that this one doesn't have a hub world, since it plays all around the world. Granted, that also means no free play, which I loved about the first one

Oh yeah I remember you can battle each other. I did it once with my uncle since he had the autobot version. He’d always win by using that freeze ray gun.

I wanna play the 3rd one kinda, but I hate the movement system and the gunplay is boring in the 3rd game. The only gun you had was a chain gun, and worse they limited the amount of middles you could use.

The controls are improved but everything else is a step down. Worse story, worse missions, worse customization, worse boss fights, no hub. What I loved about the first game was that you would actually play as the other characters which had their own dedicated missions, but here they are limited to challenge missions and collecting energon was ok the first time but after 50 more collect the energon challenges it got boring real quick. The Player characters in the first game also both went through an actual character arc. The Autobots character was cocky and foolish at first and loved to show off, but after his action lead to Bumblebee getting captured he matured and actually listened to order from that point. The decepticon character followed Starscream, but the other Decepticons made him realise that Megatron is the true leader of the decepticons, after which he stood proudly alongside the True decepticon leader. The charcters in this games were just there, no development or anything and somehow these to rookies were strong enough to crush the enemy leader effortlessly in a 1v1. The first game also had diffirent missions for each campaign, but here the missions for the Autobot and Decepticon campaign are the same. The bosses in the first games would actually move around instead of shooting at you while standing in place. Every boss felt different but here all they do is stand in place and shoot, then go behind cover so that you have to scan a random object to hit them, repeat until they die, for every single boss Massive downgrade overall
