2 things: The reason why the repair robot has that peg in the bottom of the base is so it can be mounted on Prime’s back. The bot mode’s wheel kibble is easily removable. It just clips on to a small metal bar.
I feel like a major accomplishment. I’ve been able to transform this thing without the instructions. That is a first for me. I feel like ever since titans return generation selects ultra Magnus, they’ve just been getting easier and easier.
I'm a huge fan of the Transformers, and love what you do. I really wish I could just meet you, and see your collection. I hope that doesn't sound creepy.
So I am late to the party, and started searching online, and found this figure on the Hasbro site that looks different in some shots. He has yellow eyes, a second Autobot logo on his other arm, the repair droid is blue, blue where the trailer tires are and the head sculpt appears to be different?. Is this just promotion shots, and not the final product? Where the final product has blue eyes and one autobot logo (which is more inline withe the cartoon.)
Pre release shots. The internet bitched about the grey hands even though Warden said it was due to mold limitations, but in the final toy he has grey hands with metallic blue painted over it. They changed the eyes from yellow to blue, so that’s why he looks kinda lifeless since blue paint on a blue head doesn’t pop up.
Finally Hasbro does a mini masterpiece or damn near masterpiece Optimus Prime but without the masterpiece price. Also the current mp44 Optimus Prime is almost literally ten times the price of this and there is no way mp44 is ten times more awesome than this not to mention its transformation will drive you mad.
I have this figure and a great way to open the matrix case is with your thumb fingernail on the base of the window wipers. Is helps a lot and makes the job more easy.
You don't know what hasbro is going to do for the next WFC Prime figure. Well they will re-release this same figure. AND THEY ALSO TURNED IT INTO A LEGENDS SIZED FIGURE
9:27 Hmm. There is an anime for it, but I think it's more from games, specifically Super Robot Wars. The SRX, a combiner mecha, deploys its sword from the chest this way, grip first, and its blade is of crystalline energy, meaning there is no qualms breaking while performing a finisher, just load the broken sword back in its chest to restore the blade.
5:16 no you can’t do that you have to make an entire stop motion animation of the legs turning around not the body turing back so it looks like the g1 movie scene
@@alexanderxstudiosproductio9476 the front bumper/wheel assembly is clipped on instead of pinned. Just unfold it as if you were transforming him and take it off.
Sad part is I committed myself to the whole "Having only 1 Prime" thing a while back and decided on the POTP Prime before this one came out. (Baltmatrix's review on that one really helped) Don't get me wrong, I love that Prime but I gotta say, the great reviews on this one is making it awfully tempting to making it "Having only 2 Primes" :p
