Dude, my 3080 is struggling sometimes, when I downloaded every super-high quality texture/graphic mod there is. Mostly when I quickly turn around it can stutter in some places. I guess the worst culprit is Skyrim 3D trees :P So I'm guessing with all those 8k ants and 16k Solitude manholes even the best RTX 3090 would still have problems :D

now we need some epic under water dwemer dwellings and pips leading under the surface to their bigger dwellings under ground. but i want to see them connected to the sea. so skyrims coast of water isn't so pointless to visit. i mean fish and flora and chests and shipwrecks with scary sea creatures are some cool stuff, but i want to see under water dwellings more often. scattered within the deep deep blue sea of ghosts.

Amazing mods It frustrates me that there are just so many unique extinct animals from pre-historic periods that could've easily be used for inspirations for fantasy creatures and yet 90% of rpgs keep defaulting to the same giant spiders and other cliches -_-

@@KAIN3ONTHEBEAT Mate... Whoever or whatever your source for that information is, you got straight up lied to. Göbekli Tepe, the world's oldest Temple was constructed 12,000 years ago. And I guarantee, the people building it, most definitely did not use dinosaurs to haul the materials to the site.
They’re really good but they make the game crash a lot apparently. Once I removed them my game crashed waaaaaaaay less. Apparently they look/act amazing but their code is shoddy. Which sucks cus there’s like 100+ awesome monsters he’s made.
Hunterborn with Scrimshaw could also definitely enhance the experience by making the bones of all these creatures something usable to make tools, weapons and armor so you can really get with the prehistoric aesthetic

How about insects, Heavy Burns ?! I've always felt like this pre-industrial world should be buzzing with insects everywhere, freaking clouds of mosquitoes with the sound effects, flies, thousand more butterflies ! Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul adds something resembling an insect fauna. There was one adding more butterflies also.
Burns: And add Giant Snakes! Me (while covering eyes): NO THANK YOU The coolest thing would be to do a playthrough with this and then one right after with Legacy of the Dragonborn and the Fossil Hunting mod installed, while head cannoning that the two games are millennia apart. Throw in Project Proteus and have the same character as a time traveler, even. The only problem with this is that you have the same NPCs wandering around both games, lol.

Great video as always. I will definitely add some of these to my load order, sadly can't use Ancient lands because it Conflicts with people of skyrim 2, which is a shame. Would be interesting to see you cover People Of Skyrim 2 because it adds a lot of civil war content, the author doesn't recommend using it with Immersive patrols because of how many patrols and battles he added. You could do a video on overhauling the Civil war and making it as big and detailed as possible, using the People Of Skyrim 2 as a base. Immersive patrols is such a staple of Civil war overhaul mod videos but it just spawns more patrols and more types of patrols, rather than hand placing them. I'm sure people would also enjoy seeing your vision for what the civil war should have been.
Not all the creatures in this video are from the Mesozoic Era, some are from the Permian and Cenozoic and some aren’t even prehistoric creatures, like the Cockatrice and Basilisk And this one isn’t on you Burns just to whoever made the hadrosaur mod, why…WHY did he/she put feathers on them?! We have ZERO evidence if hadrosaurids had feathers, it’s highly unlikely seeing how they’re non avian dinosaurs with more in common with lizards then birds Same thing with whoever made the sauropods, WHY ARE THERE FEATHERS ON THEM!?!
Do a vampire world. My favorite load order had Vampire music, Through the Looking Glass - Flora and Trees and Vampire Obsidian Weather - and then whatever suited horror and a vampire/non-dragonborn playthrough. Completely changed the world and made me feel like I was playing an entirely different game.
Me: Not sure about the creatures, I'd like to keep it reasonably lore-friendly. Heavy Burns: You can have Glyptodons wandering the landscape. Me: Sold.
Ok, Prehistoric nerd here Not all these creatures are from the Mesozoic era, like the horses, sloths, macrochinia, glyptodont, andrewsarcus, gogonopsid, among others, And, nothing on you my dude, this is because of the whoever created that mod, why the hell are the Hadrosaurs *feathered!?!?* We have literally ZERO evidence for that 🤦♂️ Other that that, cool video bro 😊👍
The Stone Age and the Mesozoic era do NOT overlap, so those monoliths and giant stone statues (Ancient Land mod) and dolmens (Mythic Tundra mod)-not to mention all those Cenozoic mammals (hint: the Cenozoic and Mesozoic ALSO did not overlap)-just completely break the suspension of disbelief.
Unfortunately, it's not on special edition, but I've been using 'coketos mammoth replacer' in place of Skyrim's mammoth, much like 'Bears of the North', it changes the dual tusk, video game-esque mammoths into their more real-world appearance. Many of the creatures here I would love to be able to ride and use as mounts.Seriously why didn't let they let us ride anything else than horses in skyrim?Why can't I ride a mamoth,wolf,bear or sabrecat?Hopefully some mods allow that but still,devs make us wait years for a TES and all this for that?Lazy bones is all I can say.Thanks for the awasome videos

No Dire Wolves? :/ when I heard Skyrim would have mammoths and sabertooths I was really disappointed there's no Dire Wolves which is Skyrim lore friendly unlike most of the animals in this mod but it's worth testing out

Well its proven for most of the Herbivore saurians, in this mod, that they were complete scaly trought "stone-Mumified" skin across the whole body. But the mod-creater, problably just needed a easy way to deal with the fuir animation or so. and else is the animation not that bad.
I'm sorry but this is all wrong, you say it's mesozoic themed and then you go on to add creatures from completely different time periods, maybe this is because I love learning about the ancient world and all that but my goodness, it's just so wrong.
Behemoth like creatures like the ones in this mod video shouldn't be grazing the tundras, an oversight by the author since the iconic Jurassic Park scene is pretty much cemented into our heads. Also this needs bigger trees, I believe there's a mod like that in the nexus. As per usual a great showcase.
