In the '1 customer at the time', Kerry total time was 18 sec if you include the time he had to wait for Sarah. Which is slower then Jack in the the 'every customer at once demonstration'. Then Jack from '1 customer at a time' with 35 seconds which is the 2nd slowest from all examples. Then 57 seconds for Alex.
