Given that this person's wife is quoted on the BBC as saying that her husband NEVER said anything to her about wanting to transition and explicitly said this is a sham how can anyone take this seriously? It looks a lot like a ploy to get softer treatment. It remains to be seen if "it" goes through with surgery.

Any prisoner with male genitalia should never be inside a Women's prison. Sadly, Sturgeon refused to say where Adam Graham is today. Is he still in Corntonvale or has he (like female prisoners been moved out of Corntonvale as it is being refurbished, and moved to a different female "UNIT"). If he is not held in a Woman's Prison/Unit, he can say HIS Trans Rights AND Human Rights have been infringed by Scottish Government, in contravention of their own GRR Bill? If he is in a Female Prison/Unit, he is potentially still a risk to females. Scottish Parliament voted out the very Clause which would have prevented Sexual Predators from being able to use Self Identification under the GRR Bill. So either he can sue Parliament. Or women prisoners can sue the Government for the stress to their Mental Health of a MALE RAPIST actually being in a Female Prison. Scottish Government can try their own "get out of jail"... It was the big boy who did it mentality of... Judiciary don't HAVE to send Trans to Women's Prison, and Prison Service don't need to accept them. THEY are following Scottish Parliament Policy. But WHY create the GRR Bill, if not to give Trans the same Rights as women. (Basically, that is what it does... says they are women, albeit, with... Male genitalia). Sturgeon looks stupid at this point. Warned, and chose to ignore Common Sense. Scottish public were NEVER told SNP would pursue Self Identification. We had no opportunity to vote SNP out based on that knowledge. But next election... Not only no Independence, but SNP will probably not be Party in Power. Scottish women are saying they will hold their nose and vote Tory (only Party willing to say.. what a woman is). How shaming is that. That EVERY single MSP that voted for GRR, has denied their own mother's identity.

In the past, Society stood on solid ground and just "carried on as usual", until whatever new situation arose could be resolved/passed. We have gone so far down the Political Correctness/Woke Rabbit hole that Society itself moving to align with a tiny group has made life a lot more dangerous for its largest demographic .. WOMEN. Society and Decision makers need to reboot to COMMON SENSE. "Men CANNOT be women". There I've said it. Now YOU say it, and YOU and YOU, and,.... keep saying it. "Men CANNOT be women". Once we acknowledge that, we can address the issues Trans and others in 3rd Gender group are experiencing. But they cannot just say "I'm a woman" and by doing so risk our women and children at the altar of deviants who WILL jump on the Trans train, as Adam Graham and creepy pervert guys are doing. So, no more "Men are women too". No you're not. But, now we need to talk through Rights for 3rd Gender people, and provide Rights which are NOT "Women's Rights". We must first say... "Men CANNOT be women", and work from there.

From a practical legal position how would this Bill work? For example a Scottish man decides he is now a Scottish woman ( btw I am just looking for the legal position not trying to be frivolous ) and wishes to take part in say athletics, UK Athletics say that " she " cannot enter as a woman, can she sue the UK Governing Body on the basis of the Scottish Bill ?
