Vanier is a community in Kitchener, located South of Downtown along Highway 8. Fairview Park Mall, one of the largest malls in Waterloo Region, has a large bus terminal with several bus routes travelling through Kitchener and beyond. It is also the Southern Terminus for the ION light rail and the Northern terminus for the ION bus, both which had replaced Route 200 iXpress.
