I absolutely adored your video!! I would suggest definitely not washing your leca in the sink because the clay dust can block up the pipes!!!

Hi there! Did you use any hydroponic nutrients in the water?

Hi there 👋. I only used superthrive in the first 3 weeks and introduce hydroponic fertilizer at week 4. Now that the plant has established itself, I use fertilizer once a month

I got one in pretty weird shape today and want to put it in leca. Love your in-depth videos! The one I got was mostly in rockwool before so I think the transition should be pretty easy? What do you think? Any tips?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out! I am glad you enjoyed the video. Before transferring the plant into LECA, I would make sure that the plant is healthy. If the plant is in pretty bad shape, the shock could throw it over the edge. If it's healthy, you can follow the steps in the video. 1) cleans roots 2) move plant into LECA 3) add a reservoir (ensure that the roots are not submerged in the water to start with.. they will find their way). 4) add superthrive if you have any.

@@RootsReady Thank you so much! I planted it in leca yesterday, will check the roots in a week, like you did. Your videos and advice have been super helpful. Fingers crossed!
