I first discovered you with the Themify video and now with this. You create fantastic videos!! Thank you !! Can I request for a video maybe? I use Themify and I love it but when it comes to deciding what units to use I get lost in font size or line height with pixels, em and also the padding when choosing px or %. When should we use which and what are benefits for each? I've researched about them but still not clear to me. Anyway, thank you for this one !!

Thank you for this video! Sorry I have some questions about translate press, if I already post the second language content in my default language page, can I change my default language page and also keep the content I posted? Or I can just change the default flag but didn't change the default language?

Hi! I'm not entirely sure what your situation is regarding which ones you posted. Can you give me some more information, like what is your site's default language, and what is the secondary language you used? I'm running into a problem. When i translate something to spanish it shows up and works but when i check it on a different browser or on my phone the translation doesn't show. Anyone know the fix?

At one point I got the translation sidebar but after that not anymore. Is this functional on an ipad? Neither Safari and Chrome do not get me to the sidebar.

Hi, Tim That one I'm not sure about at all. The editor (sidebar) should be there once you go into translation. If not, drop a note to the developers as this is something they'll need to look at and fix, especially if it's not working in either Safari nor Chrome. Have a good weekend! Cheers, from JP

I think you can't do that. The font remains consistent across all languages.

Thanks JP for bringing this to the forefront and happy thanksgiving from us in the North:) Is there Google translate support? While human translation is the best, it is inefficient to do for large site. Having an option to start up with automatic google translate and then having the human review on top of that will be golden.

Absolutely! The google translate is in both free and pro, and also integrates DeepL which I'm not familiar with. I'll roll out a few feature and focus videos in the next 2 months, so check back for those which will include the automatic translation as well. 😀

I managed to make translations possible for everything which is in the menu, but all the buttons in the content like ‘read more’, ‘eplore’ do not work operating from the Dutch homepage. When I use the English homepage and I click on for example ‘explore’, I do get the English page and I can switch it to the Dutch version. However, this is an indirect way and I would like it if visitors go from a Dutch homepage directly to another Dutch page, without always using the language switcher. The website is: mickthephysio.com I use elementor. The theme is: OceanWP I don’t use CSS Baie dankie.

Hi I translated my website with Translatepress and thats what search console says: Sitelinks searchbox - > Custom query parameter not defined in target URL. This is the URL apartamenteuropejski.pl/?lang=en/ Do you know how to fix it?

Thank you for this video. I will be honest, I skimmed through it now and need to go back through it in detail over the weekend. In light of that perhaps my question is redundant but maybe you would address it. As I have my website content professionally translated from English into Arabic (N.B - NEVER use online translators), would my text be displayed correctly i.e. right-to-left instead of left-to-right? Hi, Cesar. Mmm...that would be up to the software, so the best would be to inform the developers at TranslatePress about this and share with them the widget in Elementor you are using. Thinking about it, I guess that would be a challenge and I wonder how they would find a solution to that. I'll also check with them!

Auto user language detect is so basic that should with all translate plugin premium services. But this translatepress plugin doesn't give you that even if you pay 79€/year. Unless you take business or developer package.
