tutorial didn't show how the automatic translation would work, nor did it show the tags at end of a link (such as /el /es) and how to use them .. otherwise a good video.
When you click translate the website, does translatepress goes and translate every single page at once or do you have any control over that? I want to be able to roll out the translation to specific pages so that it looks natural to Google and also for cost control with deepl API
Do you need to have to pro version of the plugin to translate site manually? Both in your example and when I try to translate copy by line it says "no available sugestions." If that is the case then the free version is basically useless.
I did translate our Finnish site to English using Google translate and the free version. It worked surprisingly well. And I was able to manually correct where I did find problems. You can edit each page by looking at the original or translated page. Then choosing where to edit.
Hello. I have watched your videos on SiteGround/Wordpress tutorials and I would like to know if there is way around using a different address on client information. I live i japan and it seemed the Site Ground does not the country. Thank you.
Many languages are spoken natively in different countries and flags do not therefore define a language. For instance, Finland has two official languages Finnish and Swedish. So as an example think how wrong it would look if the Finnish army used the Swedish flag on their web pages to switch to the Swedish language.
Well, the Swedish in Finland and Sweden are also different so the flag+language would be the optimal solution. But this seems to be something many in the software business don't understand.
Does the plugin generate an new side/blog/.../ for every content we are translating? Or where is it saved, for instance, in case I wanna change sth manually
@@adispiac Thank you for your answer, but I meant in the frontend of Wordpress. When I translated my whole website and I wanna change something on an english site, where is it saved? Such as a new side or blog or whereever..Can i change it with an plugin such as elementor then or do i have to code it..You know what I mean?
