I used the SDI Clutch Alignment Tool. I know a few people that didn't use anything and honestly they are not having any issues. I didn't want to take any chances.
@Sketch Nation SxS Thanks. I Blew my Snorkel Gear out on 19 turbo. Or ring and pinion set. 😩. I Guess common problem. Good thing u put that thicker plate on yours. Not really hard on my machine either. What would u do? Whole trans or kit from Super atv?
@@whosurdaddyds650 As long as the case itself is still in good shape i personally would rebuild. Probably cheaper that route I wouldn't know i never had priced a transmission yet. Lol
Honestly I'm unsure about the xp 1000. I purchased these gear reduction parts from AllThingsUTV. You can go on their website and put in the machine you have ( year, make, model etc) and see what they have available. You can also call them if you have more questions about your needs.
