We finally got all the parts and can reassemble the yzf600r. This is a long video because I point out a lot of things I feel you should know so watch and enjoy.
Hi im from Norway and love wrenching on bikes and i just found your YZF 600R videos and have been sitting nailed here watching them. Your videos is very god and i really like the way you are explaining things and beenig methodically and thoroughly. This is the best rebuild videos i have seen on youtube.I did a complete engine/transmission rebuild on my yamaha fj1200 2 years ago and it was funny that you used same technique when installing the pistons into cyl bores as i did on the fj engine.
I wish you would've said the main crank bolt torque. And rod cap torque. I can't find them online for the 600r older than 99.. 🤔 I don't wanna have to wait on a book or pay big bucks for one..
And here I'm crying because my air induction tube to in front of the engine had a phat gash in it. QUESTION.. where does vacuum tube come from for the exhaust air vent valve?! Thanks!
is this the major problem in the transmission what couses the main trouble overall?. Or is there more in de transmission? btw nice vid and very clear to follow...like them very mutch go on Matt.....greet from Holland
Dude..... how do you learn all these transmission stuff? Do you have to go to school for it? I wouldn't know where to start, hell I have trouble just trying to lube the chain.
I've been watching so many videos about bike engines and rebuilds. It's helped me get such a good understanding. Binge watch nothing but in debt engine rebuilds and diagnostics
I would honestly be terrified of diving this deep into my bike..now if only I can figure out why CA dmv insisted on mailing me title, registration and the damn sticker all separately and 8 weeks later?! 🤔🤣😭
