Is this problem can cause car not possible to start My Chevy Malibu not cranking at all Just dash board lights work while I am trying switch engine but didn’t start
I have a 2011 Chevy Malibu lt. I got a output speed sensor put on. After I got that put on my car won't move when I put it in reverse or drive I don't have to put my foot on the brakes to change the gears. What is my problem?
If your vehicle has this transmission in it then the output speed sensor is behind the valve body and the computer. If it moved before the output speed sensor was changed, then whoever did the work have to recheck their work to see if something was left loose or installed incorrectly.
Didn't know that. I just found it and fixed it. I guess I will tell the customers go to the dealer next. However, this was a situation where the customer had the transmission repaired at the shop. After, we finished he said that he did not have this issue with the floor shifter being loose. However, I can see that he did! It came in with no reverse, so I did not pay attention to the shifter.
Underhood temps and heat variances will break that glue down in short time.. not the correct permanent fix to remedy this but I'm sure Gorilla Glue will "FiX" this for the time being. Good video though friend
Or you could go to an auto parts store to buy the proper grommet kit for this exact part for 20$ and not be the Di@k that put gorilla glue in there instead of properly fixing the issue. 🙄🤦🏼♀️
