Transporting Licenses Using Pathwave License Manager (PLM) 

Keysight PathWave License Manager installs, displays, and manages Keysight software licenses for many Keysight products. One type of license is "transportable," a license which can be moved or transported from one instrument or computer to another using PathWave License Manager together with the Keysight Software Manager website.
