You learn the muscle to work in movements. Like walking etc.

Leg movement is directed much by the psoas. And the psoas works with the transverse abdominis

Damn, is it possible to find an exercise that actually work hard on this muscle instead of these things for grandma's?! I'm going from video to video without finding anything for sportmen

If you can do this exercise standing and can talk while holding the contraction, I would say you're pretty solid at it. If you want additional information, check out how to progress toward a vacuum hold for body building. Pretty much the same idea, but more extreme.

try vaccum hold, and hollow holds for 30-40 seconds.
