How I see it: They are the only ones to pick such a beat and make it awesome. The beat is fine by me as long as they rap on it. They made that beat work.

So many people dont think about the theme of a song in relation to what it's saying. In this song, the theme (as evidenced by the title and chorus) is the random crazy shit em and royce have on their minds, constantly or perhaps when writing songs. This is why its wrong to say, "they aint talking about shit". What they were taking about perfectly fit the theme of the song.
The beat on this song is a masterpiece. It's pure chaos lol the beat is all over the place and makes no sense. Just like the words. They're all over the place but in all the chaos, their's order to it as well. Its such a great song. The wordplay, rhyme schemes, cadence, flow, etc. It all just works. And in regards to your point that they're not saying anything, you're right BUT they didn't make the song to say anything. They made it just to fuck with people's heads 🤣🤣 And to show their skill obviously.
That “all yellow with the black stripe - kill bill” bar is so fuckin hard that it brings tears to my eyes and no reactor has even acknowledged it!!!! The main character is a woman, and when she has her yellow suit (with a black stripe) on she fights and beats the crazy 88 all by herself. Tarantino had to make part of the scene black and white to even be allowed to rate it R.

The beat and flow gave me anxiety with how jerky it felt, but I think that was the point. It was genuinely hard to guess the pace of the lyrics at times. It might not be for everyone, but this song felt like a skill flex to me.
Thats Bad Meets Evil...its like they just get in the studio and just battle each other as to who can spaz the most. But Em & Royce can continue the others bars so seemlessly.
