nah i think tech nine was supposed to be like from that movie the strangers or something.one of the people had that mask and they had kind of kidnapped or whatever you wanna call it, the couple in that movie. i mean at least that was my thought when i first saw it, and especially after i saw hopsin as jason..havent gotten to b.o.b yet.
actually maybe youre right lol i just went back and it wasnt the mask i thought it was hahaha thats what a little booze and weed will do to your eyesight
To clear up the story for the music video, it's 3 different types of being a psyco. Tech is someone who has disturbing thoughts Hopsin is someone who is acting on his disturbing thoughts. B.o.B is someone who is seeing someone do disturbing things but likes what he is seeing.
"You're crazy! I like you.. but you're crazy!" Tech started his verse by quoting Will Ferrel in Old School. both Tech and Hopsin were the Michael Myers and Jason type of Psychos and B.o.B. was more "I'm a Psycho but you wouldn't know just by looking at me" type of villain.
Bro me and my best friends used to know this song by heart. We followed along the whole song each taking a verse. I still know B.o.B's verse by heart lmao. That's wild.
The whole point of BOBs outfit choice was to convey a dichotomy. there are those people out there who seem mild mannered and sweet, but are pure evil. he was one of those people and he illustrated that in the moment he switched his flow up from that aggressive style to the very sweet and nurturing "awe im sorry to hurt your felings" then right back to freaking out and threatening to bludgeon you to death. he shows off this manic episode in one verse. its brilliant. His whole verse and presentation was also an homage to the character Norman Bates, from the movie Psycho. everything from his clean cut outfit, to the verse where his mother shows concern in his dirty clothing, to the peephole in the wall. purely brilliant. thats why i give BOB the number 1 spot. and while hopsin i think has the better harder flow and his lyrics were exactly neck and neck with BOB, i think BOB put everything together better and had a really artistic approach to the whole track. 1. BOB 2. Hopsin 3. Tech N9ne and hopsin is my favorite rapper. bob just came at as not only a rapper, but an artist. thats what gives him the slight edge for me.
Have u heard leatherface? By bizarre, It has some features including Hopsin, em had a verse on it! But it got cut and we haven’t heard it yet! A 2019 Eminem Hopsin bizarre collab would’ve been so beautiful
Hey bro, I agree with your ratings. Love the track, I've loved Tech n9ne for years now and the minute I heard Hopsin for the first time I fell in love with him as well. I loved your reactions (Trash/pass) vids on Twenty One Pilots and now I've got another list of tracks/videos to check out by you so for that I say thanks friend. Hope all is well and that you have a great holiday season bro.
As a huge Tech N9ne fan, I agree. On this track, Hopsin killed it. B.o.B. had a fantastic verse. Tech was the weakest and still made a banger. Thanks for the reaction.
Great stuff man. I've been DYING to see you react to "Tech N9ne Strangulation Cypher 1". It's one of the most impressive things in his catalogue. Keep up with the awesome vids mang.
the way they was dressed was a tribute to horror movies, tech9 dressed like micheal meyers, hopsin like jason, B.O.B dressed like norman bates from the movie Psycho.
This is the song I found tech.i didn't get into hip hop I'll much later iny life and actually got introduced to Hopsin first by a few friends. Found this song, clicked WA slike whoa this tech guy, searched and found straight out the gate and fell in love.
Been requesting it for a long time now : please do ed sheeran eraser and you need me, i dont need you live performances. Also i love your videos man. They are a big part of my day Also also i agree, hopsin is my favourite verse on this track
I like this song alot, I like how each verse got slower. It's very unique way of tackling an instrumental. Each verse was half the speed of the on before it, (I don't know if it was on purpose but it was very unique).
Tech has a habit of making tracks that he'll find fun but he knows will showcase his features. My favorite thing about him. He always knows how to get the best outta people.
Hopsin definitely has the best bars. As for why B.o.B. was plain clothes in the video each of the three is representing a stereotypical psycho from movies and such. Each has nodes to thier character choice with other elements from similar characters. Tech was Michael Myers and other normal masked killers like The Strangers or from You're Next; Hopsin was a mix of Jason Vorhees and Leatherface; and B.o.B was like Norman Bates (with the peep hole) and other straight lace psychos such as Patrick Bateman.
They were all horror movie icons, Norman Bates, Michael Meyers, Jason Voorhees. Love your reaction my guy, definitely think you gotta give this more of a listen especially on the Halloween hip hop playlist.
Been waiting on this for a while! Great work man! Hopsin, B.O.B. and then Tech like you said for me. They all represented killers, the thing with B.O.B. is that he was representing a killer that hides in plain sight and lures you in, like a Jeffrey Dahmer type. Keep up the great work! #Firesquad🔥🔥🔥 #HealthisWealth
Coheed and Cambria rock reaction....the concept behind the album's and epic music is lit......Welcome Home is like everyone's first jam so lets start there
YAY!!!!! MORE TECH. Now there is no vid for it but check out The Rain by Tech. On a more personal note for him and I believe actually features his daughter.
