The callers were actually decent in this one. These kinds of shows tend to give better callers. The boys play some clip, have a "game" with it (like coming up with Kenny's lewd commercial based one-liners), then take some calls. The callers just drop a one-liner and bounce, instead of trying to contribute to the show by changing the subject and going nowhere with the call anyway.

Norton always boggled me. He has mad me laugh for years on the shie just riffing and being himself. But i cannot think of one joke he said in a special that made me chuckle
I agree, Some people are just more funny under different contexts. Martin Lawrence makes me laugh in movies but never his stand up, and to some extent his TV shows. Robin Williams funny in movies but his stand up doesn't do much for me. Joe rogan is painfully unfunny doing stand up, but he can be funny during casual conversation. Patrice funny stand up but even funnier on radio or during conversation. At least to me

This is one of my favorite O&A clips. But it's so strange to listen to these days. I loved Kenny. He was funny in that "your friend from high school's cool dad" kinda of way where he'd make crude jokes that you and your friend like just to make you laugh. But that incident with him ejecting Ant from a show at Burr's behest was VERY weird. It made me feel bad in like 60 ways. It made me feel bad that Kenny would do that, even if Bill hired him, considering that he had gainful employment and travel and extra gigs from Ant through the years. Ant put so much food on that man's table for decades. And then I felt bad about Bill. Despite the fact that that I have lost respect for Bill, I will NEVER say that he wasn't funny. Bill was one of my favorite comics in his angry days. I don't want to shit on the guy. I know marriage and fatherhood changes people. And for YEARS I'd read comments about Bill being at the mercy of his wife and disagreed and maybe even ignored it... until I heard from his very mouth that his wife vetoes jokes of his that he doesn't like. All in all, maybe overall it's just because this is a good example of how time changes everything and nothing stays great forever. But in many ways, it's almost a mirror of the times that stuff like this has happened in my own personal life. Weird to see it with these professional entertainers that I go to listen to when I need to escape that kind of shit in my real life.
