Jessica Roman is a friend and CrossFit teammate who has suffered great loss in her life as well as struggles with bouts of depression and modern dating. With that she has take many large steps in fixing her metal health, learning the psychology of the dating market, and working on fixing herself to became a more happy person. She has great insight into why contemporary life is so difficult when it comes to dating and metal health. Jessica is very intelligent, self aware, and just an all around wonderful person.
