Hello, I had acoustic trauma. My ears have been ringing for 2.5 months. There was pressure, I was dizzy while I was traumatized. My dizziness did not pass. After how many months, my tinnitus will decrease? The ringing sound is very loud, I can hear it even in a crowded environment.
