It's always interesting that sometimes they casually let the patient die, sometimes they say "just take over" and even weirder, the main character dies but not the patient!
That was if memory serves Desperate Rescue, the mission in question involves Maria stepping in at a fire not far from her home, she’s at her wits end with her pride and need to save lives clashing and is pushing herself to the brink with something to prove. The fact that the mission ends with her passing out (in a success situation) shows how close to the end of her rope she is, so a fail there breaking her makes total sense
At least it’s unique, not just the dialogue where it says the doctor lost one patient and resigned forever, like in the previous games 💀 (apologies if the past games had unique dialogue! I just don’t remember them having any)

Hi if you’re using Dolphin, you can modify the settings to emulate the wiimote tilting or moving (you can map it to buttons on your keyboard). But I personally think it’s easier to hook up a USB sensor bar and real wiimote. Thanks for the sub!
Curious question, after stopping Naomi’s heart in the final operation, is there a different failure dialogue or prompt for not taking Rosalia out in time?
Good question, I actually don’t know! I can try that later. I have a feeling it’s just a normal game over because I don’t remember coming across any unique voice clips for that, but who knows.
