Adam, you have found your calling. It’s amazing to me that you spent a week in the Smokies and shown us things that we’ve never seen before. I like how you point out the little details that we might not have noticed on our own. Your videos are so relaxing. We can sit back, watch and listen. I really enjoy the back roads rather than the tourist traps. Great job ❤.
I agree! I never had any desire to visit TN or Gatlinburg until I watched his videos the last few years…and surprisingly I was there last week and He was there too!! Looked for him everywhere we went but as u said, he tends to do the lesser known things and I was off at all the “touristy” areas. Love his content
@@ericaeames28 but hopefully you enjoyed our smoky mountains, we appreciate the tourists, this area survives off the tourism so thank you for spending so time seeing our beautiful mountains and businesses
@@SmokyMountainBlessed we absolutely enjoyed every single second!!! It was amazing! Cannot wait to be back! We hiked the Smokies, we went downtown to all the shops, went to Anakeesta, drank some incredible wines and moonshine (Ofcourse 😉) visited Pigeon Forge, visited Dollywood and just enjoyed the hospitality! It was incredible! ❤️❤️❤️. Everyone has to visit!
Again, such a pleasure meeting you and thank you for featuring me in your video 2 times yesterday! 🙏 Safe travels home ... We'll see you soon here in Gatlinburg...The mountains will be calling .🤣
The paper mill in Canton was going to close about 20-25 years ago. The employees managed to raise the money to buy the mill, and is still employee owned. They make paper for the cigarette companies.
I love ya, Adam, and where you take us, and what you share with us... I particularly love these *random, road trips, however. Nobody does it better.👏🤠👏🛣🚘
A good set of Smoky Mountain vlogs recently…enjoyed them very much. Also I really like seeing the vlogs with your parents (either one or both)…the dynamic between y’all is special. Treasure them always! I lost both of mine to cancer a while back and would give anything for just one more day. Seeing you all together gives me comfort and happiness! I’ve been watching you for years and look forward to more in the future!
Adam you are so appreciated. You go to places I wish I could but I'm an old lady now and don't get around alot. Your a gem and I wanted to let you know "shall you" is yes I shall. Thank you for taking me along as I enjoy it all even though I'm terrified of heights so my feet and hands start sweating when you are up their but I live through you so thank you. Safe travels and I am waiting for the next fun.
Geese were pretty much my alarm clock where we lived before we got flooded back in July. My hubby and I are directors of a community center in southeastern KY and geese hang out there all the time and families have raised their geese babies there since we’ve been there❤️❤️. I would go out and feed them all throughout the day!! Love it!
You were actually in a cloud ☁️ Adam lol we learned after we moved here in the Smokies and BlueRidgeMtns it’s clouds that we drive through. I loved this drive and old Americana road trip thanks for taking us along and not just quickly hitting the highways only 🙏🏼 safe travels
Adam, I absolutely love travel day videos!!! Seeing all the nooks and crannies of our great USA is a blessing!!! When traveling in my RV I now look at old buildings, houses, classic cars and of course relic signs. Thank you Adam the Woo!! Blessings and safe travels!!! ✈️🚘
So enjoy the breath and depth of your videos coupled with a sense of humor! Watched other vloggers (well known) and they do the same thing over and over again. You take a chance and follow your interests! The viewers can appreciate your sincerity as well as discover places and people we would never meet. THANK YOU!
I LOVE your gatlinburg explorations and rural drives. Your commentary is perfect. People try to imitate it in other channels and it comes off forced. Your videos really get me going laughing and getting amped up!!
Living in the UK i find these travel videos and exploring towns so interesting and also again blows my mind how small our country is when a few hour journey over there is nothing whereas here you can get a goo way across the UK! 😂
I’m from Alabama and actually heard England alone and Alabama are actually almost the exact same size. I was shocked, but it appears they’re very close to the same size. Alabama is right around middle sized when you compare it to all the others. I think it’s 25th in size actually. We’re also middle in terms of population and population density, where we have 5 million people now (when I was a boy it was just over 3 million, it’s really grown in 20 years.) I have no clue how all you Brits manage to fit in a place of this size. I like my space haha
Thanks to Will and Dawn, I'm subscribed to your channel now. You've got a radio/TV voice.😉 Hopefully you'll be back to the Smokies soon. It's my favorite place to vacation.🤗
This is great man! Love backroads, they always look awesome even in the rain. So many Coca-Cola murals, love it! Really enjoyed this one, so cool to see these small towns you never get to!!
Hi, Adam! I know I have left messages after watching your videos, I am such a follower of yours, I love the videos that you make, I have to say the Dollywood videos are the best, You have a wonderful Mother and father, I am glad they could go to Dollywood with you,
I'm in Tallahassee and tornados are rare but this past Spring there were storm watches all early evening. I grabbed cat carriers to get if it turned into a warning. I heard what I've never heard before: Tornado Imminent get to interior room NOW! I went to grab my kitties but the public alert alarm was going off on the tv and coming just as loud from both our cellphones spooking our cats badly. My Siamese girl made a run for the front room and I was laughing too hard to get a good grip on her to shover her in the carrier. We grabbed both of them & headed to the nearest little bathroom ( the one with No skylight in it ) and hunkered down. They stared at us like we were both nuts. I heard it roaring o'er our heads and it's tail touched down 3/4 miles North of us ( damaged a field ) but it did not touch our house. Our cats did not speak to us for a couple o'days. It was good to think of what could've happened to always stay grateful. I am always grateful but a brush with death and destruction's good for the soul every once in a while to stay on your toes and remind ya of what you still have.
Thank you Adam for this very relaxing video. I enjoy drives thru little towns with lots of history. Very interesting. I absolutely love your sense of humor. Safe travels 💕😊
Adam I so enjoyed your travels through the back roads of Florida, when I first moved to Orlando with my parents it was 1957, this was the only way you could travel in Florida (US 441) Eisenhower had not signed a declaration for Interstate system until 1962 .. Often stopped and ate at Stuckey's when we traveled or Howard Johnson's restaurants. My Father was transferred to McCoy AFB in Orlando, from McGee Tyson AFB in Maryville Tennessee. Your videos brought back some wonderful memories. My Parents are now both deceased but lived a happy life in Orlando, My Father worked after his AF retirement on the Apollo 11 launch, and we were one of the first people as guest when Disney World Opened, so after this long rhetoric I thank you sincerely for your videos .. please keep up the good work
Seeing downtown Canton brought back a lot of memories. I went to college in Clyde from 77-79 and I spent a lot of time in Canton and also Waynesville. Thank you for spending time in NC. I know you have family in Florida but if you ever decide to move, you will receive a warm welcome in Western NC.
What an interesting drive. I love seeing the things that others often overlook in your videos. Thank you so much for bringing us along and sharing with us, Adam!
Good morning Adam. What a nice vlog. Beautiful fall scenery. We are only 14 degrees here this morning. Brrrrrr. Winter is right around the corner. Glad we joined you on your adventures. Love those old towns & very old houses. That was funny seeing the satellite dish on the back side of that house. Have a blessed weekend. Drive with care. God is your pilot. 🙏💕
Adam Thanks for sharing your travels to Tennessee. Adam who won the chili contest. Very Foggy watch out. If only these abandoned homes could talk. Adam thank You for the education.
Thanks Adam for showing a little bit of old Americana it’s always nice to have you show that these old small towns still exist today and I love to explore the places you stop at because I always learn something new and that factory was awesome and seeing it on a cloudy rainy day made it look more interesting and that factory made me think of an old Tom Cruise movie that is set in a old factory town the movie is All The Right Moves thanks again for a wonderful day now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you peace ☮️ out ✌️
I always enjoy your Gatlinburg Videos. Do you ever stop in the Tallulah Gorge - Lake Rabun area? Thats always on my to do visit list on my way down to FL. Stay at the Lake Rabun Hotel sometime, It a great place to hang out relax and have a wonderful meal . Please have a safe trip back.
Oh. Love the travel days and back roads. I so wanted to see Docs cafe. Pray he feels better, I like a place like that. Love Tennessee since I was a child. I could just imagine the life people could’ve enjoyed at that Home stead. And the rest of the Vlog. ❤😇👍🛣🛤🙏😎
I grew up NW of Charlotte in the Hudson/Hickory area, right down the mountain from Boone. I know you've been to Ghost Town in Maggie Valley, but up near Boone on 321 is two theme park type attractions, Mystery Hill and Tweetsie Railroad. Have you ever been? Also, near Beech Mt., there's a defunct Wizard of Oz park. Funny enough, after college, I moved to Orlando.
Wow, you should have stopped in Hendersonville!!!They have an AMAZing General Store😍Stumbled upon it years ago looking for a mountain town to visit during the Holidays to find atmosphere🎄never feels like Christmas here in FLorida🥵
Enjoyed your video Adam, love a good country ride on a back road to see interesting places you point out. Loved the sign From Woo to Paper, we make it safer. Lol. Thank you for sharing. Safe travels👍
I can't believe you had chili after the previous day's video! That dedication to your craft. Really enjoyed this video, love seeing the old towns and hopefully the exposure helps them out a bit too!
Loving the fall foliage! Living in South Mississippi I don’t get to see that much beauty! Loved the Woo sign in Papertown! Can’t wait to see what’s coming up on your next vlog! 😁
I sure love the back roads, you never know what you will find!! The rain pretty much hit many states!! Today in N.J we are having a beautiful sunny day!!
Hi Adam. When you're back in east tn check out Rogersville Tn alot of history in the area greeneville also. Hale springs inn the old court house and memory lane its a 50s tribute town.
I absolutely REVILE I-40. If it isn't roadwork or a landslide that creates delays, it's an accident. Having lived in NC for 30 years (*sob* miss the place) and retired to TN, I researched and explored alternate routes when driving (or riding my motorcycle) from Winston-Salem to family in the Midwest. One of my favorite routes was sticking to I-40 only until Asheville, then I-26 north to Weaverville and US25E up to Cumberland Gap and eventually the Cumberland Pkwy across Kentucky. If I wanted to visit the Smokies, same route except I broke off at Newport and took US 411 south.
Glad to see you've struck up a partnership with paper to keep all safe! Side note, my Pittsburgh Pirates have acquired Ji-Man! Thanks to your videos, im a fan of his and can't wait to see him here!
