@jennifermcneil8349 Aww. Don't take it personally, it's a comment about an inside joke. I'm just glad you get it. Laugh with us, it's ok!! No need to spread your negativity and get your petunias in a bunch!!
Mr the Woo, nice cameo on Tom Wilson's new feature he put up. Excellent work from him, nice to see you on the other side of the camera. I'd recommend it for anyone.
@@DukeCityExplorerI have one of those but I misplaced the charger. It will need a new battery anyway. It's the best alarm clock I ever had since it could be set for a different alarm time each day of the week.
Yea ... and the comment section will be filled now with Millinials (1980-1995) saying that they remembered it "when it came out;" when most of them were either in diapers or not even born when it was released. haha Stupid Millinials.
Can confirm I saw them at the May 18th 1984 rescheduled date in Jacksonville, FL. Ozzy came out hammered and completely in drag. It was a wild night. FL seems to bring out the wildest behavior in artists. I take it as a compliment.. *Also props to Kyle, who hasn’t changed his clothes since 1984. Gotta respect the commitment!
Strange that Ozzy flew to the US on the Concorde but stayed at a Holiday Inn while on tour! If only I could see Ozzy and the Crüe on tour in ‘84! The backstage photos are legendary.
Why is that strange? Spending more on quick travel compared to accommodation is never a consideration for many businessmen. Also, back in 1984, the holiday Inn was probably very highly regarded for Lakeland,Fl.
Cool to hear "Sure Know Something" was filmed there. Thank you for that. 🙏 Wasn't the Civic Center also where Ace was electrocuted? Kyle was super cool. Great collaboration. Take care.
Shall I also say that you and your iPhone performed admirably in the rainy 🌧 vlog this week! Its great that you have that option with your new phone! 😀 📱
Love the intro! 🤣🤣🤣 You always have a good variety of guests. “Infamous” means well known for a bad quality or deed, so it definitely has a negative connotation. Rock on, Adam!
Love Billy Idol, Rod Stewart and Queen,,,,,,,I met Billy I and Rod, totally gentlemen tho hard to believe,,,,,,….interesting to know they were in or supposed to be in that theatre…….The rock and roll crew always tore up their hotel rooms, mostly from their parties. Exciting times. ❤️🌴
So, I did attend the rescheduled show at the Sundome in Tampa, right in front of Mick Mars on the floor, awesome show! But, at the time of the original date we were all bummed, me & 5 of my friends getting ready to leave in the car, found out on the radio about the cancel, but Motley Crue did agree to do an 'in person' autograph session at the Peaches Records in Clearwater that same day to kind of make up for the cancel I guess, I didn't go but my freinds that did go said it was wild at Peaches!
Good stuff! Funny, I grew up listening to Ozzy and Motley Crue and never had an interest in torture or devil worship as the article suggested. Great ending!
Totally off topic but seeing the tour dates & locations, I remember going to the Omni in Hotlanta for the old Jim Crockett and NWA/WCW wrestling shows in the early/mid 80s 😂
Yes ,yes yes ,Adam this my favorite episode of yours .Cant beat the best Ozzy an Motley Crew .I miss Randy Rhodes with Ozzy though . Ozzy has 9 lives , i am a huge mental head .Thank you Adam for sharing this episode ❤❤Kurt Cobain just had a birthday too .kurt died a year before i graduated high school
I went to the Rod Stewart concert with my mom big mistake. It was my last concert there she would never let me go again again for my safety. I even had backstage passes from Rod Stewart because my mom‘s boss was a friend of Rod Stewart and Jeff Beck from there we moved to Miami and I went to all concerts at the Hollywood Sportatorium where I saw Van Halen REO Speedwagon Rush Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen journey heart and the list continues. I had tickets to see Ozzy Osbourne out of festival at the Orange bowl. That was the year of the plane crash so obviously Ozzie was not there.
So I'm watching the Daily Woo as usual, and I see your friend Kyle wearing the Ozzy painter cap, that I sold on Ebay. I had about 6 of them left over from the 80s and sold them the last couple years on ebay. The reason it doesn't fit that well, is that it is a child's size. It truly is a small world
Ozzzzzzzzzzzzzy , I was there I was 19 yrs old. Remember $12.50 I went to Ozzy in Sunrise ,Florida, Feb 20, 2011 with Slash. With my teenage daughter.❤❤price over $100. Per ticket 😮 I am officially retired financially from going to any concerts. The last concert I went to was Imagine Dragons VIP I paid over $600 for two tickets. It was my first concert there since I was a young teen because of the riot at the festival with Rod Stewart and Jeff Beck.
I saw some great concerts at Anaheim Stadium back in the day. Like the price on that ticket 12.50 you would see four bands for that price. Black Sabbath was one of the bands I saw there in 1978. Great times!
I wanted a Tomy Omnibot ever since I saw it in Sears Wish Book. The $250 price tag was unheard of in 1984 for a tape recorder with a face and wheels! I guess another item to add to my “Midlife Crisis” EBay list.
Hello Adam I just started watching and following you about a month ago I discovered your channel from a carpetbagger video. I hear you have a second channel but I can’t find it can you post it or send me a link? I love the videos you make for us. Congratulations on the house you recently bought it looks awesome. And living in Florida is my dream. Maybe one day before I’m gone I can move there even if i have to be homeless to live there what a beautiful state.
My older sisters went to see Black Sabbath at the Santa Monica civic auditorium in the early 70"s. I had tickets to go see Ozzy at the Hollywood bowl and then he got sick 😢
Ozzy is ozzy,we know that he enjoyed freaking out his fans. He might be up there in age as we all are,but as for me here I am in my seventies I still enjoy listening to him and other singers and groups in the sixties and so on.
They were all drunk too, don't forget, the Jack Daniels was flowing. I worked in bars for years n was a heavy metal singer in the 1980's in Michigan, n I 've seen it ALL, n that does NOT surprise me!!!
The guy in the car at the end was probably wondering what the hell you two were doing. That was hilarious. I remember reading about that story in a Hit Parader or Circus magazine back then. I saw that tour in Boise, ID in March.
@@johnnymoran180 why? Because we have a number of movie locations up there that are interesting and spectacular Ie: Deadpool, Godzilla (2014) , The Revenant, catch me if you can, The whole nine yards and many more . Thought it could be a scenic change.
This was awesome. So did the event happen somewhere else? Why do people believe it happened here?? And how do people not remember the concert never even happened? Why the Holiday Inn if the bands were never there? I want more 😂
