As a former recruiter I can spot a good or bad one from a mile away.
I want to give you 9 questions you should ask plus a bonus example to really find out if your recruiter is fighting for you on your next assignment.

My recruiter told me he would give me 1500 for first months rent but take it out of check in increments. What are your thoughts on that ?

What does it mean when you have started an assignment and the recruiter doesn't contact you to see how it's going?

I haven’t seen it on any of your videos, but what if you need to take time off DURING an assignment. I have a vacation already planned out and I’m about to move forward on picking an assignment. Will they let you take time off? Do you just need to work it out with the hospital during negotiations? Thanks for your insight.

Ask if they have a Covid protocol, left in a hotel room without a Dr. And footing the bills without getting a stipend due to lost hours is definitely NOT a protocol!
