Well, you've sold me on this company and this recruiter. I'm going to give them a try next contract. Thanks!

oh glad I found this. I was wondering what agency you worked with. Do you take all of the assignments and how many a year and what length are you doing? I am looking into agencies now

Hey A. I work exclusively with this company. They take such good care of me. Generally, I tell Tasha an area I'm looking to travel to and she does her best to find me a hospital in that area. I've never been let down by Atlas and Tasha is fantastic. The contacts are generally 13 week assignments. Send me an email at noordinarypath@gmail.com and I'd be happy to pass on her contact info if you'd like it.

What advice would you give a new RN. I know I want to travel but need to get a good year under my belt. Which specialty would you go into to be able to be a successful travel nurse?

You can travel with almost any nursing specialty. Currently, critical care like ER and ICU are making the most because of the covid contacts. As a new RN, my advice would be to get as much knowledge as possible by expanding your practice where you work and try to get into a specialty that interests you.
