That gutter at the middle of the road was done because of erosion. World Bank experience heavy erosion, but those big gutters helps to control and store the rain water.

Imo state should do better, because the state is richest state in Biafra land and one othe richest in zoo Nija, however all Biafra governors should emulate Gox A.Oti of Abia state,for Mr Oti is given Abia state good governance

Owerri? Owerri is much cleaner than your wife, Anambra never had this kind of beautiful roads, Anambra roads are dirty and reddish

@@edwardboss7887 Owerri is a dirty slum and a glorified village, have you wondered why most imo indigenes prefer to live in decent planned clean cities of Awka and Onitsha, it’s because they know the truth. I am from imo state but truth be told imo state is a failed backward useless worthless dirty disjointed disorganized state
