I don't know about that. Cornerbacks lack the necessary ball skills to play Reciever. And drops will get you benched very quickly. We haven't even got into body control and route running.

Idk about all that but yes. But corners don’t have the footwork that WR have or the hands that’s why most of them drop their INT. Which is why most of WR who become a CB rarely drop those INT but their coverage isn’t as good. The fact that Travis is great at both is crazy

I’m tired of Rod Woodson not being included in these all time great cornerback mentions. There was literally nothing Deion Sanders could do on a football field that Rod Woodson couldn’t do. Obviously he wasn’t as fast as Deion but Rod Woodson to his own credit was a track and field star. As an all-around defensive player, he very well may have been the greatest defensive back ever and even switch to safety later in his career and was just as great. The disrespect for Woodson is wild!

And then Skip talked about the wide gap between Deion's #1 status as the greatest corner in NFL history and #2, which he said could be Richard Sherman. And I'm just saying that Deion may be the "goat" NFL corner, but Rod Woodson isn't that far behind if not is right there with Prime. Skip IMO is just pandering to Sherman by throwing his name out there as possibly the 2nd greatest corner ever smh Also, Rod Woodson actually did play a bit of WR in college and I think lined up at WR before in the NFL and got a WR reverse call once but never caught any passes. Rod was great athlete in his own right, and IMO a better overall FOOTBALL PLAYER at the CB position then Prime, respectfully...

@@kealunleday3948 I mean Rod Woodson, former Steeler and Raven great. And that's highly debatable that Charles was better. They both had eerily similar NFL careers though. Both were among the top DB's of all time and then later in there career, switched to safety and were just as great. Charles had a more decorated college combined with pro career but IMO Rod was at least slightly greater as a pro.

As great as Travis Hunter was he left some big plays on the field. Obviously the 50 yard td drop, but he dropped another int in that game. If he catches that td and that 2nd int....he is without question the Heisman frontrunner.

I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like the new Undisputed but I love it. I think I like Sherman more than Shannon and I like to see everyone just talking and not fighting all the time. It’s better. The conditioning and overall stamina you have to have .. to play 144 snaps.. fast tempo snaps at that. Is amazing. Tcu is a fast offense. Its not like its 144 snaps against a ground and pound team as a db

And Champ absolutely should have been used more on special teams. He was one of the fastest players in the NFL Chris Gamble was another corner that played wr in college.

The heisman and the nfl mvp has become a quarterback award, so you have to be special to get the award and your not a quarterback (ie d. smith). Travis has the ability to put up big numbers on both sides of the ball that will give him an advantage over everyone else.

I don't see him being about to stand out against his own teammate & separate himself Even if Travis gets 10 picks, thats putting the ball back in Shadeurs hands 10x times. Travis catches 10tds, Shadeur gets 10 passes.

Mike and Keyshawn’s consistent disrespect for the cornerback position is wild to me 😅 Why do they think it’s so easy to try to run with a guy that knows exactly where he’s going? Is faster a lot of the time, bigger most of the time…also if we’re looking at todays league, the defensive players are basically playing with one hand tied behind their back compared to what was allowed when Key and Mike were playing. I didn’t even play corner but I know it’s harder to be an elite corner than it is to be an elite WR. We all knew some crazy receivers growing up? How many straight up lock down corners did you know of? 😅 It’s rare. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Travis' game could have been more stellar with over 170yds, 2 TDs, 2 int. Ground popped the ball out on a long (diving) TD catch. Pass interference caused lack of full control of ball before stepping out of bounds on an endzone catch. Dropped a (diving) INT. He's a serious threat at all times!

Don’t forget Devin Hester was a CB @ Miami. And Revis was filthy at Punt Return. Travis will play both sides. He’s very good a wideout but at the next level, he will play CB and KR/PR and spot play at wideout.
