Casinos are private property, they have the right to refuse service to anyone they want… unfortunately I know. Had an incident at palace station, and was tresspassed for “life”… I’ve since been back and not been escorted off property, but nevertheless if something were to happen and cops are called, it can backfire on me… and my trespass wasn’t my fault either. Just like them.

I play poker at the WSOP. I made final table last year at one of the events and was filming my adventure, I was told I would be trespassed for Filming, when literally some of the “famous” poker players were filming and walking by. I laughed, but wanted to cash, so understood, different rules for different people. I would think you guys bring in such value, they would not want to turn you away. But it happens I guess. Different rules for different people. It sucks.

Many true theories and comments on this TraxNYC upload. The fact is simple. Regardless of the reason, Casino's have a broad wide range of excuses to trespass people from there property. I do not gamble but what I can say it has lots to do with identity theft and false AI hits, Camera's and etc. We all have doppelgangers and this is most likely the reason! And though it is sad to be pointed at. There are many men in prison because someone misidentified them and did come forward to apologize when they made an eye witness mistake. Just leave, post the true video and people like me will never have a meal at the Venetian or the Bellagio. Just do not go there, simple and then they lose!

Atleast here you have to commit a crime to be trespassed and trespass notices is a legal procedure that includes paperwork and Police reports You cant just walk up to someone on public property committing no crime or not violating any law And claim they trespassing especially with no previous trespass documents to prove it And then say they'll arrest Remember public property and there is no sign as disclaimer They actually have signs to advertise it as a public area like a park Just because you approached them and they aren't required to interact or provide ID legally

Casino's are private property and they can ask you to leave for any reason. They were issuing the Trespassing notice to him and if you fail to get your belongings and leave they can call police and attempt to have you charged obviously up to a court if it sticks.

3:25 Look it's Producer Michael, a guy who is actually humble, respectful, and knows what he's talking about, and not just a rude brown nosed cult vibe fanbase emotional wreck yelling at you and everyone else, tricking you into not thinking for yourself, having little to no perspective, or ripping you off. I loved how when Michael said what he said "Says who?" and Max turned away having nothing to say, fidgeting with his chain. It really says alot and the fact that only one other Trax viewer on here knew who Producer Michael was. Max not being comfortable and not knowing what to do around people who have the real knowledge is hilarious.
