+wooderson76 The summit body is great for what it's meant for. It has the exo cage so it can take some serious rolls and tumbles down rocky crawl hills. But yes it's too small looking for the truck in my opinion. The Slash body is nice and wide so it gives it a much fatter appearance. Slash bodies are renowned for cracking easily around the body posts and the heavy weight of the summit will destroy this slash body in no time! Yeah it does look like a mini Xmaxx, but costs about the same ha ha Thanks mate, I'm glad you like it (-:

A couple of people have said it looks like the Xmaxx and I sort of agree, but they have kind of done the same thing with the Xmaxx as they did with the summit and made the body too skinny for the huge width of the car. The wide Slash body really fills in the gaps and sets it off nicely. (-:
Good bashing, she is a beast for sure, we went the other way here and dropped Terry's summit on the ground with street tires and added the Rat Rod body, she is a looker, love the location and great edit, we are still waiting for the weather to break and dry up our bash spots as we are ready to roll for sure. Nice run Jax. Looked like a great place to run some paddle tires for a bit of extra traction. The GoPro does a good job of getting video that can be slowed down. The taillights are a nice touch too!
+Steve RC Cheers Steve, the sand there is actually quite hard as its's had all kinds of heavy equipment running all over it. Paddle tires sure would be fun though (-: I like the way the back bumper tucks under the body like that and the cut out on the back of the slash suits it perfect, it worked out really well. I have the gopro set on 720p 100fps for video that I slow down a lot.
+Jax Teller RC I'll have to give that a try. I've been enjoying the results of the WVGA 240fps, when the camera is mounted directly to the RC. Also, liked the music, great selection!

Been saving $ to have the steering on my Corolla fixed. The place the I was going to do it in has been occupied. So just going to get a pro to do it. :) :( Converted my Tamiya TB02 to RWD and doing some adjusting to get er' CS drift And my old batt died for it so got to get a new one. Been getting back to writing my electro music too. Will be doing the monetization vid some time soon. Theres a lot I have to say on the subject so got to sit down and put them all down on paper in point. Then start getting er' done. Going to make an intro, invite vid about it first. Then who's ever interested in hearing more will have to give me a request for the vid. This will not be posted publicly. I'll take this as a request for sure. :)

+DutchRC Adventures They kind of did I suppose, it does look very similar to the Xmaxx! Only thing is the xmaxx only has an on and off button, where the summit has high and low speed gears and locked or unlocked diffs etc, so it's a much more versatile car for the money. I left the gears as they are, it's already pretty quick in high gear and I still want to be able to crawl too. Thanks a ton brother (-:

Sure they can handle wind but super tough for a noob to learn in with slowfly foamies and anything else needs way more space than my local park. My heli field may let me fly a plane but even the FPV experience looks wobbly compared to a quad (unless I tuned it) and needing a much bigger plane to quell this. I'm sure I will try an FPV plank sooner or later and probably dig it but would be more interested if a small plane was capable of smooth footage with out a wobbly yaw.
MicroRCFiend aia have been toying with the idea of putting my gimbal on my plane, I'm sure it's possible just need to find the cg point. take off and landing is the hard part, if it's underneath, but I have seen upside down gimbals for quadcopters

The Rc Shed It's already lasted 2 years with no problems, the summit is an incredible truck. Lightbars can be tough to get that fit exactly what you need, I bet the perfect one is out there, he just needs to find it. did he try RC4WD?

Cool because i bought a slash 4x4 and was thinkimg to put big tires on it..but not sure if it would effect the motor unless i change the spurs maybe to help them move?thanks bro!
