Nice job with the XRT front bulkhead issue - shortly after watching your video about Traxxas Customer Service, I noticed that the exploded view drawings had been revised with the 7720X part number. They put the date of the revision in one of the lower corners and it had been revised the day before.

wow i heard a lot of people are breaking the wing and especially the bulk head, and that “upgraded “VXL 8s ESC which they have been making since the Xmaxx 8s??? came out. i just don’t understand. Today I saw 17 VXL 8s ESC some burnt some red light. I thought they where upgraded?!? i was so shocked and about 6 XRT Trucks that leaded repair. but everyone with a max 6 say it’s much better but still not for me. nope. great video the beginning of you youtube max 6 fire 🔥 freaked me out today LOL 😂. thank you so much for sharing your time. EARL….The problem is if you have to assembly and disassembly often it will eventually weaken the plastic threads,,,especially with a high speed drill,,,hopefully it work this time…,,,🇺🇸👈🚘
Yup, my X-Maxx bumper mounts and kush drive cover got all stripped out. I just replaced the stock screws with slightly larger self drilling metal screws. Good as new and it feels stronger as the screws set new beefier threads.
Thanks for these videos. They are very informative. I have a broken front bulk head on my xrt now and am wondering if you’ve come up with a way to strengthen it yet? How does running it with a broken bill head affect it? I’ll apply your rear bulk head fix when that one breaks. What drills are rc friendly?
A first sight didn't agree with you but now I do that fire team sucks if its not the body cracking its the screws don't need mom wanna back out back and break keep shutting the whole car off I believe the front servo is so tight ass making a clicking noise so now it won't turn and the screw this trip so it won't come out what a waste of money I couldn't agree with you anymore about this car too much money for pork quality

And I'm sorry but I wish I had hundreds of dollars to throw away I only got one RC card to me they cost a lot of money I just wanted one good car what makes it so bad that I put all the fluid in the car I really don't know what all these parts is called sorry for me not knowing but from watching your RU-vid I learnt a lot how to keep the dip fluid I believe in shock fluid to make sure everything is running right but now the car works but the steering doesn't and the servo works I believe that's what it's called but I believe the screw was so tight on the bottom it is doing something I believe I don't know just mad right now
I am so mad that I am new and New Jersey nowhere near no store that sell remote control cars and no way that I know how to get in contact with the company to let them know man that car's a piece of s*** sorry for the language I'm so mad left the hobby got back into it for what to waste money I understand but come on I haven't even had this car no more than 2 weeks and now I'm thinking I might ified it's a how I wanted it meaning the body I didn't upgrade no parts I just put lights and color Defenders I wonder if they're going to say something about that if they're not going to want to give me my money back
